TPU Filaments
FLEX filaments are characterized by high flexibility, mechanical and chemical resistance. They can operate at extreme temperatures and, depending on the chosen hardness, are used in the production of a wide range of damping elements, housings, gaskets and even structural components.
TPU Filaments
TPU, or thermoplastic polyurethane, is a product that distinguishes itself from standard materials such as PLA or ABS by its very high elasticity, similar to rubber. It is resistant to abrasion and can be used at both high and low temperatures (-30°C , 100°C).
FLEXIBILITY OR STIFFNESS
The flexibility of TPU-printed parts can be modified using parameters in the cutting program. Using a low fill level, the 3D printed part will be more flexible. On the other hand, by increasing the amount of outer walls and filling, you get rigid parts that require a lot of force to deform them.
LARGE OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE
Thanks to its properties, it can absorb a significant amount of energy during impact and be resistant to wear. In addition, it retains its functional properties when operating under extreme conditions. Even at 100°C the material does not deform, and at -30° it retains satisfactory mechanical properties and does not crumble.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
The refined formulation of all products in the MAX TPU series guarantees high chemical resistance, resisting many solvents and fats. Moreover, it also shows resistance to automotive fluids (gasoline, diesel, oils, coolant, brake fluid, etc.).

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR 3D PRINTING
The nozzle temperature should be set between 190°C and 240°C, while the working platform temperature should be set in the range of 50-80°C. It is recommended to increase the temperatures for the first layer by about 5°C to ensure its best adhesion to the table. Due to the material's high elasticity, it can bend during extrusion, and it is recommended to lower the printing speed to alleviate any problems. TPU is hygroscopic, meaning that it absorbs moisture from the air. TPU exposed to prolonged contact with humid air should be dried at 40-60°C for 4-6h. When printing with MAX TPU, special attention should be paid to retraction settings to prevent so-called stringing or head clogging at overly aggressive settings. Due to the high adhesion of the layers and high elasticity, the use of broken supports should be avoided. Removing them can cause many problems and, in extreme cases, lead to the detachment of parts of the model.

APPLICATION
TPU filament is used to manufacture products that will be subjected to high stress and deformation by design. Examples of such applications include grip enhancement covers, personalized sporting goods, prototype soles, custom cases for mobile devices, toys, bumpers, stoppers, spacer sleeves, impact energy absorbers, shock pads, o-rings and seals.
MAX TPU 93A
Flexible material. After printing, it reaches a hardness of up to 93A on the Shore scale. It is resistant to aggressive
chemicals like oils and acids. It is used in the production of lexible elements and gaskets that are constantly exposed
to harsh conditions.

MAX FLEX 20D
Flexible material. After printing, it reaches hardness of up to
up to 20 D on the Shore scale. It is resistant to aggressive chemicals, such
as oils and acids. It is used in the production of, among other things, flexible
parts and seals that are constantly exposed to harsh conditions. It shows
high abrasion resistance and can operate over a wide temperature range.
MAX FLEX 55D
Flexible material. After printing, it reaches hardness of up to
