MAX PLA (polylactide) is a polymer produced from renewable raw materials such as corn or sugar beets. As a result, it is highly biodegradable and safe for the environment, and does not release harmful vapors. It is most often used for rapid prototyping, which is why it is especially popular among hobbyists or people who are just learning the technique of three-dimensional printing. It is characterized by low shrinkage and low printing temperature. It does not require the use of a heated bed. It is compatible with FDM / FFF 3D printers.
